Once payment has been received, our admin team will contact you with your order confirmation and a link to book your session.
We use Zoom for both our booking calendar and all online sessions. You must ensure Zoom is installed and accessible prior to your booking.
If you purchase the Virtual Career Coach service, you will also receive access to the SCCYBER Discord. This is our private platform where we communicate regularly and provide ongoing support.
We work around your availability. You will be able to select a time slot that suits you via the booking calendar, and we will meet you at your chosen time.
All payments are non refundable once a booking has been made and a calendar slot has been secured. Refunds may be issued only if no session has been booked in the calendar.
